You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary consent from your clients to share this information with us for the purpose of receiving communications via WhatsApp.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your trainer account.
• To provide, operate, and maintain our services.
• To send automated and personalized WhatsApp messages to your clients on your behalf, as configured by you. This is the core functionality of our service.
• To communicate with you about service updates, support, and administrative messages.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information or your clients' information with any third parties for marketing or other purposes.

Your data is disclosed only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: We use third-party services like Google Firebase for database hosting and authentication, and Twilio for WhatsApp message delivery. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and have access to data only to perform these tasks on our behalf.
• To Comply with Laws: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).

We are committed to protecting your data. • Manage your clients' information, including adding, updating, or deleting client profiles. Deleting a client's profile will stop all future automated messages to them from our platform.

Your clients can opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any WhatsApp message, as per standard WhatsApp Business policy.
